Generally all academic institutes have several on-campus programs like mentor and mentee, on-campus counselors to encourage new students to remain stress free, to get the help at the right time, but due to heavy workload to the teaching faculty and mechanical atmosphere on the campuses, many times students do not open up with mentors, teachers and even to counselors. While on the other hand, mothers at home usually perform the role of a teacher, a guide, a mentor to her children from time to time to support them in their difficult time. We believe that by extending hands to students with unconditional love, the first ladies can play a vital role in the all-round progress of students on their campuses.

With First Lady Concept on academic campuses, we are promoting extended mother’s heart in the form of unconditional love, help and an unbiased approach to the students.
