Sheetal is associated with social causes in the field of Education, Entrepreneurship. She is working with these NGOs in the capacity of Founder Trustee, Treasurer, and Mentor to the Start-Ups.
She believes that India’s soft-power in the Family system and the role of mothers, will keep society healthy and together can build National character. Dr. Nirupa Lakshmi is currently working with Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) as Associate Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies. She is having more than 18 years of teaching experience in the area of Personality Development, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. A national scholarship recipient at her graduation level with sound academic background obtained her B. A. (Hons, Psychology)with distinction marks, M. A. (Psychology), M.Ed., M. Phill, MBA (IGNOU) and also awarded Ph. D degree in Psychology in the year 2000. She has more than 20 years of rich experience in Psychotherapy and counselling. Worked on Assertiveness Training Programme and also authored a book on ‘Personality & Assertive Behaviour’. Published over more than 20 research papers in National and International journals of repute. Chaired various National and International seminars and conferences. Life Member of ‘Association for Promotion of Creative Learning’, Patna, Bihar and Advisory Board member, Carolina Kidz- Psychology, Education, Ghaziabad.
She has been engaged in educating underprivileged children since a very long and also creating awareness on health and hygiene.
Prof. Dr. Shilpa Sondkar is working as Associate Professor and Head in Instrumentation Engineering Department VIT, Pune. She has completed Ph. D (Instrumentation and Control engineering) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. For past 16 years she is working as academician. Her research area is Signal Processing, Control and Instrumentation.
She had carried out her research work in Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. and was also awarded by Forbes Marshall for the Outstanding Paper Award in 2015. In Feb 2017, she received “Gunawant Adhyapak Puraskar” by Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Ashwini comes from Mumbai’s devoted nationalist family. Father a civil officer, one brother
served in Indian Navy and another brother, a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, worked for the developing
the textile industry of India.
Ashwini has enterprising nature and is an active partner in an exporting firm having star export
house status of the Indian government. She is active in different forms of art and culture and leads in contributing to social causes, both physically and financially.
From the concept of FHDAF, Ashwini is a part of the core team that Madhuri Sahasrabudhe has
formed for implementation of the noble objectives of FHDAF.
Ashwini has traveled to many places within and outside of India. She and her family happily
live in Pune.
